I had an email to say my parcel had been delivered to my home address - I was a little concerned because I wasn’t home so I presumed it had been left with a neighbour. When I got home I did not have a card put through the door to let me know where it had been left. I contacted the customer services team and spoke to Shelby - she managed to track my parcel down within 24 hours. She was great and her communication was fantastic. Thank you Shelby.
