Amazing Customer Service & Support
I had a non delivery issue with and expensive parcel and the seller was adamant I had received it. Shelby took my first call for help and tracked the GPRS of the courier and found a photo showing the parcel had indeed been sent to the wrong address not mine. We then tried to retrieve the parcel to no avail. Although I still haven’t received replacement goods from the seller the support by Shelby from my side has been second to none. It has also enabled the seller to make a claim. Fingers crossed I get my replacement eventually. Thankyou!!
