Sales Account Executive

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic person to join our sales team, based in our lively Retford office. If you love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships, this job is for you!

Main Responsibilities

As one of the Sales Executives, your role will involve:

  • Research business opportunities to generate leads
  • Give your prospects proposals, to assist your sales process — whether that's introducing Despatch Bay or the on-boarding process
  • Maintain strong rapports with existing clients and build them with prospects
  • Manage the on-boarding of new clients
  • Meet your monthly sales target

Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 year sales experience
  • Track record of hitting targets in a sales environment and driving growth
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Driven, ambitious and enthusiastic
  • Previous experience working with CRM software
  • Capable of working individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary – £18,000 — Up to £24,000 Year 1 on-target earnings

Contract – Full-time

Location – Retford
