Field Sales Executive

A fantastic opportunity for a sales hungry "New Business" Field Sales Executive. It's simple. We need enthusiastic, hardworking individuals with previous Field Sales experience, but full ongoing training will be provided. Anyone with a confident, positive and empathetic personality would be well-suited to this opportunity.

You will:

  • Develop new business to meet monthly targets.
  • Reach KPI's through winning, retaining and developing new business.
  • Understand and research opportunities.
  • Achieve sales and profitability through effective management of a defined customer base and manage your diary through a computerised CRM system.
  • Manage the on-boarding of new clients.
  • Own and develop proposals and presentations.
  • Own individual targets and KPI's.
  • Manage and report on opportunity pipeline, generating detailed sales reports and plans.

You will have:

  • 2+ years Field Sales experience within the sales industry.
  • A passion and flare for sales.
  • Drive, motivation, a positive attitude and excellent ability.
  • Experience in making new business calls and appointments.
  • Ability to negotiate and drive commercial deals.
  • Ability to communicate naturally to people at all levels.
  • Motivation by exceeding KPIs.
  • Good knowledge of the internet, e-commerce and its platforms.
  • Experience in using a CRM.
  • Experience in successfully delivering the sales process, from open to close and on-boarding.
  • Demonstrable experience of exceeding sales targets.
  • Worked in sales of new products and services in emerging sectors.
  • Driven market awareness and created new markets and ideas to encourage team growth.
  • Worked in a technical sales role.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Salary – £24 - 26k Basic, £32k OTE, based on experience.

Contract – Full-time

Location – Retford, Nottinghamshire
