11. Credibility

Improving the credibility of your brand is paramount. A simple way of achieving this is by gathering reviews from your customers.

Reviews can help validate other potential customers purchases, if they're looking for reviews on your products prior to purchase. The more positive reviews you have, the more customers you're likely to attract. Positive reviews are something you can promote, and you'll definitely stand out if your competitors don't have any.

One great thing about reviews is that they can be on multiple places, e.g. specialist platforms like TrustPilot, social media and your own website. Wherever people look for reviews, you'd better make sure you're there. 

Try prompting your customers to leave reviews with a message in their parcel, an email or simply, a social media post, directing them to the place you want them to leave a review.

12. Customers

Where possible, spend time getting to know your customers and their tastes.

The more knowledge you have about your customers, the better you can provide for them. You'll be able to improve your offerings, your marketing strategy, and of course, maintain your rapport so the customer becomes a loyal customer.

13. Embrace Feedback

If you're not already, you need to seek feedback from your customers. Besides, a bout of good feedback is a great morale boost.

People sell to people so receiving positive feedback is great. Though, receiving negative feedback can also be turned into something positive. It gives you an opportunity to listen to your customers and improve, and you might even get the spark for a new idea.  

The way you respond to feedback is important; others will see the way you respond. If they see you trying to rectify with any issues, they're more likely to see your business as something they can trust.
